Slovak Investment Holding is an investor in the fund managed by IPM Avanea Eco Management, which holds absolute responsibility for its management and the delivery of its investment strategy. The fund was created as a fixed-term investment vehicle with a projected 10-year term, initiating its market activities in 2020 and terminating its investment window in December 2023.
The fund's mandate focused on waste management projects, free from any restrictions regarding corporate age or size. Investments were channeled through equity and quasi-equity structures in close cooperation with a co-investor on a pari passu basis at the individual transaction level. This strategic approach ensured the effective mobilization of private capital, thereby advancing infrastructure development and sustainable waste management solutions.
The fund is currently its divestment phase, with the manager progressively winding down holdings and returning capital to its investors.
