Meet the leadership team of SIH
VERONIKA CIBULKOVÁ holds a Master’s degree in Law from Pan-European University in Bratislava and an LL.M. in International and European Law from Vrije Universiteit Brussel in Belgium.
She has been with Slovak Investment Holding since its establishment in 2014. Since January 2026, she has served as Head of the Legal Department, having worked across a broad range of legal matters at SIH, including corporate law, public procurement, M&A transactions and contractual documentation, including financing agreements. She has also been involved in drafting and reviewing internal policies and advising on legal matters relating to investments and commercial activities.
Prior to joining SIH, she gained experience at several law firms, specialising in corporate and commercial law, public procurement and contract law. Her work also included legal analysis and due diligence for property development projects.
DALIBOR ČERNIČKA is a graduate of Comenius University in Bratislava and the University of Economics in Bratislava. He holds a PhD in Business, Administration and Law from Comenius University.
He has more than 25 years of experience in the financial sector, with expertise spanning financial markets, risk management, compliance and strategic management. At 42 Financial Services, he held senior positions including Chairman of the Board, Chairman of the Supervisory Board and Risk Manager. Prior to that, he served as Chairman of the Board and Head of Compliance and Risk Management at Money Market Brokers.
He also gained experience in economic and strategic management at the Slovak Water Management Enterprise, where he served as Chief Financial Officer and adviser to the Chief Executive Officer. His professional focus has long been on financial markets, risk management and the regulatory environment.
ANDREJ KRASŇANSKÝ holds degrees in International Finance from the University of Economics in Bratislava and in International Management and Marketing from Pace University in New York. He also completed a private equity course at Harvard University.
He has more than 13 years of experience in the financial sector across the US and Slovakia, with expertise spanning capital markets, investment and financial instruments.
In New York, he spent several years on Wall Street, working for a fintech company, first as a Financial Analyst and later as Director of Investor Relations. His experience includes structured finance, the establishment of a credit fund, and investment advisory services for property developers and investment groups.
In Slovakia, he served as an Economic Diplomacy Adviser at the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs of the Slovak Republic and worked on financial instruments and state aid schemes at the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development of the Slovak Republic, including negotiations with the European Commission. He later joined the Slovak Guarantee and Development Bank, where he worked on the bank’s strategy and transformation.
