Dostupný Domov is a project focused on the development of affordable rental housing for disadvantaged and low-income population groups. The company acquires and manages residential units, which are subsequently leased under conditions that are more accessible than those typically available on the commercial housing market. The project contributes to the development of social housing and improves housing affordability across regions in Slovakia.
