The fund was established as a fixed-term investment vehicle with an anticipated duration of 10 years, commencing its operations in 2020 and concluding its active investment period in December 2023.
During its investment phase, capital was deployed into early-stage startups—specifically companies within five years of incorporation—as well as micro and small enterprises with robust growth potential. The fund's investments actively contributed to the advancement of innovative business projects and supported the emergence and development of new entrepreneurial initiatives across Slovakia.
The fund is currently its divestment phase, with the manager progressively winding down holdings and returning capital to its investors.
