Slovak Investment Holding was an investor in a fund managed by Limerock Investment Holding (formerly Limerock Fund Manager), which was responsible for the fund's management and the implementation of its investment strategy. The fund's investment period ran from 2014 to 2016 and focused on supporting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) through equity investments made alongside private investors on a pari passu basis.
During the investment period, capital was invested in SMEs to support their growth, business development and the implementation of investment projects. The co-investment of public and private capital broadened access to financing for businesses and created favourable conditions for their further development.
The fund has completed its divestment process and is currently undergoing liquidation.
