Slovak Investment Holding is an investor in a Luxembourg-based fund managed by Neulogy Ventures, which has full responsibility for the fund's management and the implementation of its investment strategy. The fund comprises two investment compartments supporting start-ups and growth-oriented small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), one of which also includes private investors. The fund's investment period ran from 2014 to 2016.
During the investment period, capital was deployed to early-stage start-ups as well as SMEs with strong growth and expansion potential. The investments supported the development of innovative projects, strengthened the competitiveness of businesses and created favourable conditions for their continued growth in the Slovak market.
The fund is currently in its divestment period, during which the fund manager is progressively exiting investments and returning capital to investors.
