He is a graduate of the University of Economics in Bratislava. He worked in management positions both in the state sphere and in private sector, especially in the area of development of international business relations for investment and business. He has extensive experience from his work with the Foreign Trade Support Fund in New York and also from the European Parliament in Brussels. In the long run, he focuses on EU cohesion policy and the implementation of EU funds, specifically in relation to financial instruments. He served as an advisor to the State Secretary for Finance, adviser to the Minister of Economy for the Investment Area and Support of Economic Growth of the Slovak Republic. He is a consultant of the Office of Advisors of the Prime Minister of the Slovak Republic.
He graduated in Finance, Banking and Investment at the University of Economics in Bratislava. During his professional career, he worked at several managerial positions in corporate and investment banking, especially in VÚB Bank, OTP Bank and in Patria Finance (KBC Securities Group). As Chief Executive Officer of Patria Finance he was primarily responsible for the overall management of projects in the area of corporate finance, M&A and for brokerage services for individual clients. He was also a member of the Board of Directors of Bratislava Stock Exchange.
