When should the state replace a bank? And where are financial instruments more suitable than grants?

Bratislava, May 21, 2021 - The EURACTIV Slovakia portal organised a survey in which it asked participants whether and why in the new programming period some Euro funds should be used for financial instruments and in which areas their use is most meaningful. The respondents were selected economists and analysts.
